Wrong. The profits from the Crown Estates go to the government of the day, and that government then pays out the Sovereign Grant, which funds the expenditure of the Royal Family.

@kenzie-.- I do like him. i think he is doing an exceptionally good job, and I note, with some interest, that nobody ever criticized his late mother when she appeared biannually in the robes of the Order of the Thistle. I also understand that Charles III will be remembered long after you and the other snidely childish critics are long dead and forgotten.
