@alexmuenster2102 I agree with you, reproductive power notwithstanding. The pill changed the game and has perhaps been a net detriment to women, but it leveled the field in a way that was highly necessary.

@paulsmith5611 Yes, there comes a time when you have to consider the odds and stop putting physical or mental energies into the pursuit of love. But that doesn't mean it can't somehow still find you. And the point, as you've probably discovered, is to love life itself. To appreciate the moments it gives us and make the most of things. However, I don't think it's wrong to WANT more, and to keep that dream alive. I myself will always be a romantic, against all odds.

The question is, why haven't more women been going gay or adopting sugar babies? Nearly all the middle-aged women I know are single, celibate and simply "dealing with it." It makes you wonder if women just don't have as much sexual drive (for one thing).

@alexmuenster2102 Sounds more like a youtube fail to me. They could either auto-copy the relevant comment or make it easier to access previous comments. My point was that there are fewer GOOD men (and women) in the world than ever so it seems like a stretch to say women have never had better options, or whatever the hell she said.

@Meleeman011 It does feel like society itself, but it could just be the current culture which is so deeply rooted and pervasive that we have trouble seeing beyond it. The world could be different, even in your lifetime. I believe that.

@povang Lmao. Women are NOT patient and do NOT wait at the finish line. My bet is that you're talking about women who are already used up and simply desperate for attention. Don't ever ask one of them how many partners they've had.
