Also if you can tolerate dairy, it's a great source of the exact minerals your teeth and bones need, plus the exact protein (casein).

@MorningClarity Maybe omit the Listerine for a bit to see if the sloughing stops, that'll confirm it was the Listerine. Then introduce it back and if the sloughing comes back, double-confirmation.

@MorningClarity yeah. I think I've read many other comments in the comment section of some of her other videos about Listerine causing peeling of the skin inside the mouth. I'm actually not using Listerine even though I know dr. Phillips does not recommend skipping it. I've been researching about Listerine and I'm not convinced it doesn't also kill the good bacteria. I started adding her products one-by-one, not at once, because I have Sjogren's syndrome, which is an inflammation of the salivary glands and produces a dry mouth and a constant burning sensation. So I was very nervous about using all these chemicals, and wanted to go really slow.

She's against glycerine. Calls it a plaque magnet. And it stops re-mineralization.

Are you eating a mineral rich diet? Foods that are rich in the alkaline minerals will help your body maintain a better pH balance. Dairy, fruits, green veggies.

@dr.elliephillips Dr. Phillips, I also am experiencing a dry, burning mouth since I started using your system, only after 3 days. I'm using the exact products you recommend, except I'm using pure granulated xylitol instead of Zellies mints. I have Sjogren's but for the past 9 months it had been very calm with no symptoms, and now I have symptoms again. Should I be patient and keep using your system? I'm worried about inflaming my salivary glands to the point of destroying them?
