Wow that is amazing you have crowned teeth and they haven't worsened despite the fact that they are not as exposed to the remineralizing saliva. Are your gums growing over the exposed roots too?

That makes sense. I also started swishing saliva for 10 minutes each time after I take xylitol.

How long did it take for your sensitivity to go away. I've been using the complete system for 3 weeks and teeth are still very sensitive. 😢

I'd recommend rinsing with xylitol after Listerine if you can't find ACT. Because Listerine is very acidic.

Even better imo because it doesn't have the other fillers.

I would say yes. I use them and my saliva pH tests above 8 after I use them.

@NavilleT then just rinse out the mouthwash with water and then take xylitol because the saliva it stimulates is very healing and spitting it out is wasting it.

@blessedlady7557 thank you for your reply. That's wonderful to hear. 3 months is not very long!

I've been doing her system for 3 weeks and although my teeth feel a lot cleaner, slippery and shiny, the plaque is still there at the gumline of several teeth. In your experience, is that because 3 weeks is not long enough?

Skip the Listerine or dilute it for now. Does xylitol dry out your mouth too? I find it helps. I always end the brushing routine with xylitol to stimulate saliva and alkalize the mouth.

@djain4565 so sorry you are going through hell. Have you started her system? Including xylitol? Do you consume dairy like milk, yogurt, cheese etc?
2
@themostUNlikelyCreature how long have you been doing her system?
1
How long have you been on her complete system, if you don't mind answering?

@katelingates-gonzales7086 I'm also having a lot of sensitivity in some of my teeth. As soon as I put the Xylitol crystals in my mouth and they begin dissolving, I feel painful sensitivity in some of my teeth. I know I'm using real Xylitol, because it's the brand xylosweet which is a legit brand. I'm really worried. My teeth feel very clean and shiny, so I don't understand why they are so sensitive now.
