  1. Michael, why are you talking about addiction? It is clear that average cost of house in the USA is $500K, the median salary is $2500, the median mortgage payment is $5000, the median 1br rent $2500. The only thing which prevents you personally from being homeless is that you younger than 50yo and do not have health problems. I want to hear what you are going to say in 20 years, when you will not be able to pay for rent, mortgage, insurance and property tax.
