  3. It is easy: they sell bonds to take USD out of foreign economies. Thus they keep USD value higher in foreign countries to buy uncoverable resources for the printed USD. Bonds are not USD, bonds is the obligation of US government to pay off the bonds interests on specific date.

  4. They know the bonds have no value. Only gold has value, gold and technologies. But without selling bonds US government will not be able to fund technologies 😅
