  2. It’s crazy, there are three videos of that guy at the food cart, and in the each one he’s talking like this and grinning the whole time. It’s a really sadistic mannerism that you don’t often see when people express hate. In the third video a construction worker comes up and tell him to leave the food cart guy alone. For at least different days this dude was fixated on that food cart.
