It’s true that probably not one person of that population has anything but contempt for Israel, but that doesn’t mean there are no civilians. People are allowed to despise you. Do you not see how deranged it is to say there’s no civilians? Thats just an excuse to genocide them away, and it’s no different than what the 1930s Europeans did. That government in Israel has saturated the people with such crazy propaganda for decades, all the while building more settlements and aggravating the Palestinians. The government has made you guys really distorted in your thinking. Outright genocidal if men this age talk like that on national TV.

This man is saying they need to transform the people of Gaza from Hms supporters to Hms rejecters. It is human nature to be defiant. The more they lay waste to everything and everyone, the more people who don’t want Hms rule will support them, if for nothing else but out of defiance. Do these people really think they will ever be viewed favorably over there. Even we are not experiencing it, yet over here we are disgusted with the sadism and destruction. What will someone over there think? They seem so out of touch with reality. Like the whole society is an echo chamber of abuse views. Applause to that woman for giving pushback to this guy. There are clearly people within Israel who think this is lunacy.

Also, people need to ask why they voted for Hms. Hms was some puritanical platform and Fatah has a lot of corruption in giving out construction contracts. Did they vote in Hms because of their position on Israel? Did they not in Hms as a protest against PA? Did they know that Hms would never have elections again? We’re always given the same simplistic statements and slogans.

@mnoorbhai That is my point, that the animosity is not arbitrary, not innate the school curriculum, not innate to the culture, but it is a response of decades of brutal actions and policies towards them. A natural human response.

The whole society is under siege by Israel. Do they not get that when you bring absolute ruin upon people like that, that will only make them despise you? They are relying right now exactly what their grandparents said happened to them in 1948. These people are so far out there thinking that you can b0mb and starve the people and then if you bring them aid they will be on your side. Completely absurd line of thinking.

@waryaawariiri1812 The other reason for that is the Yeminite Children’s Affair. In the 1950s there was an epidemic of children of Yeminite Jews to have severe ‘complications’ during what should have been routine hospital visits. The parents were only told the kids had passed, but were not allowed to see the remains, and there was not adequate records to say where they were transported for ‘burial.’ One case I read about was a boy who had boiling water spilled on him. He was taken to the hospital, stayed over night and the next day his parents were told he had passed. One family had three of their children ‘pass’ this way. Although there was intentionally bad records kept, from what I read, for one kid the record said ‘given to’ and then had the name of a European Israeli family. The suspicion is that these kids were being abducted and adopted off to European Israeli families. This might have been to give those families the appearance of semetic credibility, but it also shows the European Jews had a contempt even for Arab Jews that they could do this. You can research this on Google. It’s in Wikipedia, and the example of the boiling water I found from an Israeli website that doesn’t want this scandal forgotten.

On Dec 27, the Times of Israel website had an article about how Israeli company Trucknet Enterprise was working with UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Jordan and Egypt, to create a land bridge for transporting goods to Israel despite the Houthi blockade. This channel even showed a video of those trucks arriving in Israel from UAE, and they had ‘Trucknet’ placards in their cabs.

@leilaabdelmeguid3977 India’s trade unions recently made news for refusing to load weapons cargo on Israeli bound ships. How are ships with weapons making deliveries to Israel if there is a Houthi blockade? They are using this Muslim made land bridge!

@leilaabdelmeguid3977 Look at news headlines from just before Oct 6. KSA was trying to work with the US and Israel to build a new power plant. The kind that doesn’t use fossil fuels, if you know what I mean. That’s one of the reasons that Saudi was seeking normalization.

@Sp3ll633 You need to go back and reread what I wrote. There is a difference between destroying and rejecting oppression. Israel is destroying itself from within. Look at the rule of paranoia in that society, all due to their unwillingness to admit the brutality and injustice that was central to the founding and maintaining of that state. Look at how sadistic their soldiers are and how nearly the whole population is saying there are no innocent in Gaza. Does that not remind you of the European regime from the 1930s? They have lost the plot there.
