  1. About a month ago there was an ‘exclusive’ article in the Jerusalem post. It said that the pier was first proposed by Netanyahu (not at all the US), back on Oct. 22, and then he again proposed it in Jan. He had that pier in mind two weeks after Oct. 7. It has nothing to do with delivering humanitarian aid, and was not a US proposal, yet somehow the US ended up paying for it, and the media made it seem like this was something the US introduced and made the Israeli’s concede. The US government is servile to Israel: at the federal level it provides arms, money and diplomatic cover; at the state level, there are some states that do not allow employees or vendors to participate in BDS, and they call in the Gestapo against students protesting at public universities; and probably at the local level also.

  3.  @zoo-xibbitjayne2081  If you go to the Google’s News website and search for Jerusalem post pier, the article is dated March 10, and the title is Diplomatic source to 'Post': Gaza maritime route was Netanyahu’s idea - exclusive. It says Netanyahu proposed it to Biden first on Oct 22, though it claims it was for the purposes of ‘maritime aid distribution.’ That aspect doesn’t make sense, why would he expect back on Oct 22 that they would need aid delivered by sea? I invite you to not take my word for it, but find the article so with your own eyes you see there is an account published in an Israeli newspaper that claims this from what they call an I side source.
