This is not just hatred, this is a religious movement to rebuild the Temple of Solomon. One of the issues that Hamas cited for their attack is the desecration of the Al-Aqsa site by these people. This site is where they want to build the temple, because the original temple, and its second incarnation were built there 4,000 and 3,000 years, respectively. Why did they suddenly start doing this? Because the big obstacle to rebuilding the Temple now is having an ‘unblemished’ red cow. They obtained the cow one year ago, from a rancher in Texas and at some point soon they intend to slaughter it so its ashes can be used in certain purification rituals. I suspect that within the next several months the cow will be slaughtered and they will then be ready to build the temple. This is all for the goal of bringing out their Messiah.

They are planning to rebuild it, that’s the whole point of this. He’s basically saying why should we have their mosque in our land, we want the temple.

Building the temple is what brings their Messiah. What they were waiting for was an ‘unblemished red heifer’ whose ashes are used to purify people, utensils and locations. Last year they got the heifer (five of them), and I suspect that at least one is considered ‘unblemished.’

@mitsu4176 Well there was the original one built by Prophet Solomon, but later destroyed by the Babylonians. They later replaced reconstructed it, but that got destroyed by the Romans. 1,000 years later Muslims built a mosque on that site, and 1400 years later (today), some of the religious Israelis want to build the temple for a third time. The would not do that until finding this cow, and next I suspect they may try to tear down the mosque.

@Vlinder57 Dier Yassin and all the other Israeli massacres began decades before Hamas ever existed. Furthermore, Hamas has had nothing to do with the West Bank, but Israeli military and ‘settlers’ are just as sadistic and destructive over there.

There’s a lot of good Jews in the world. This movement criticizing Israel owes a lot to their success. The people in the video are fanatical religious zealots and you know that such people exist in Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism. There’s nothing uniquely Jewish about raving and commuting violence in the name of God.

@xplicitgoofy1015 I never said the Messiah is dajjal, that’s Christians who believe that. Ironically, those same Christians are the ones who drive all the support for Israel in the US, for no other reason than they want to bring this ‘end of the world’ scenario. For me, this kind of thinking is crazy. Jews have lived among Muslims for centuries, not just lived, but prospered and been a part of society. There were no ghettos, pogroms, blood libels, explosions, or anything like that towards Jews in Muslim lands. They n fact the greatest Jewish theologian, Maimonides, lived in multiple Islamic societies. These people today, and the general attitude of Israelis is full of hatred and brutality towards Arabs and Muslims. These people in the video seem to be the same ones we see in these settler videos where they are chopping down trees or shooting people. These are all basically Europeans, with the same arrogance and colonial contempt that Europeans had when they would invade and take over a land.

Palestinians are not from any of those places. They are descendants of people on that land since before Islam arrived (plus or minus people arriving for wars, trade, etc). In contrast, most Israelis have no connection to the land or cultures of the Middle East. They come from Brooklyn, Germany, Hungary, etc. Even their language was Yiddish before Hebrew was recently resurrected.
