@GA-yi9js No method for how it could work has been established, all we have are claims that it works, nothing on the how.

Just like with the flu, it just needs the right mutation. Also with SARS you would noticed the symptoms right at the time you began to be infectious while with Covid you could be infectious for days until you notice the symptoms.
