  1. ​ @whistlingwind4403  Olive oil is not neutral in taste, cannot be cooked at high temperatures (unless processed before), cannot be used as a cacao butter replacement because it cannot be made solid at room temperature while remaining meltable in the mouth… You use olive oil if you want the olive oil taste and its vitamins and such but it's no universal oil while palm tree oil is.
