@Delilah-zd3em both parties were Ukrainians. I'm sure the incumbent government with all the powers of the state had a greater share of the blame in why the plenary sessions to begin deliberations were never planned for. Your second paragraph is a joke. Ukraine has been a free and independent country with its own independent arms of govt for the past 30 years.

@Delilah-zd3em you've exposed your poor knowledge of the background of the conflict. Minsk 1 was agreed on and violated by Poroshenko and Minsk 2 was violated by Zelensky. Calling Poroshenko "Russia friendly" is hilarious considering the fact that he was one of the oligarchs given the blessings of Senator John McCain and undersecretary of state Nuland on the stage of the Maidan shortly before things got violent. You're wasting my time.

@Delilah-zd3em if you don't even know who the parties to the Minsk accords were, how can you claim to know who honored it or not? Clearly everything you know was told to you by someone else without caring to do your own research. Here you go repeating the same tired talking points at me. "once again" Yeah right. Are you even aware that France and Germany were supposed to be witnesses to these agreements but colluded with NATO to use it to buy time while Ukraine built it's military? German chancellor Merkel said this herself in an interview confirming what was obvious to the world. Find that interview and watch it... or keep repeating yourself while Russia takes Ukraine piece by piece.
