  1. Doesn't matter. We waited for the West for 60 years. At some point people get tired of waiting. The US used us and dumped us. Gave our corrupt politicians aid which they spent on themselves. Turned a blind eye to our dictators' human rights records. Gave them a place to store their stolen wealth and gave their governments legitimacy. Russia comes bearing gifts in return for a percentage. We will give him that AND our loyalty. It would be a better life then what the West wants for us. As sure as the dawn.
