@heinedenmark not sure how aerial superiority is relevant to the discussion of Netherlands replacements. To play this game with you, I'm telling you right now that aerial superiority cannot be achieved by F-16s over a battlefield with a network of Russian AA so dense that NATO refused to grant Zelensky's request to close the airspace over Ukraine a year ago. They know what's at stake.

Maybe you can search up Canadian sniper "Wali" as well as Willy OAM who has interviewed several NATO soldiers that fought in Ukraine. @heinedenmark you talk nonsense. NATO is already involved under different aliases like "volunteer forces" and "foreign legion". They're the ones operating the Leopards, Krabs and diverse recon platforms which help Ukraine to plan and coordinate attacks. Some of them even vlogged their experiences, videos are everywhere on YT. They're just mitigating risk by leaving out levels of provocation that would trigger Russia to take direct action, like using their regular air and land forces. Finland's defense minister just confessed that the West underestimated Russian war industry, and they're capable of keeping up the offensive for the next year.
