@alexisvladimir8148 okay so there's a war going on, a ceasefire agreed on, and you're expecting Russian forces to pull out before you grant Donbass autonomy according to the Ukrainian Constitution? The distrust is mutual. It doesn't take 3 hours to grant Donbass autonomy in one plenary sitting of the parliament. Keep laughing at your ignorance.

@alexisvladimir8148 "giving back" the Donbass region was not a factor in the Minsk Agreement 🤦🏾‍♂️ Russia wasn't even a party to that agreement! Go and read it and stop replying to me with ignorance
