Kyiv is too preoccupied with short lived pyrrhic victories instead of the bigger picture. "this was the last military operation they wanted to complete before may 9" so, clownesky, are you saying if they'd secured Bakhmut by may 9, they'd have ended their operation and stopped attacking? @D-Solo-Man dude the Ukrainian offensive was supposed to have already begun, it was supposed to be that NATO combined arms training and equipment storm that would all sweep Russians out of Ukraine. Where are the leopard tanks? Where are the UK's Chally 2s? Just the other day it was reported that the 13 Mig-29s that's Slovakia sent to Ukraine all have engine problems that can only be fixed by Russian technicians (who are currently being sanctioned). I remember the Kherson counteroffensive of August last year.. it was also advertised as heavily as this one. My memory is not short mate... I know when I'm being lied to. I'm not a 🐑

@Asuperman97566 whatever Ukraine's ministry of information or defense says should be taken with a shovel of salt. How many times are they going to lie to you before you realize the need to use your own brain? Add up the casualty figures they give everyday, hundreds, sometimes thousands. Enough to outnumber Russia's mobilized figures 2X. Where are the pictures of the bodies? You've also forgotten about Ghost of Kiev, who fired the missile into Poland... Basically my point is I don't trust Ukraine's figures, same as Russia. I only rely on who's fighting and who's complaining and who's gaining territory to know who's winning.

@D-Solo-Man Russia's changed tactics and stopped the encirclement methods of tank warfare. This has been mostly about infantry digging in, consolidating their hold on the territories they've taken in Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and especially Luhansk where they control 100% of the territory, but the other tactic they now use is night attacks with Wagner forces in hand to hand fighting through Bakhmut. With the capture of Bakhmut, the Russian army will be able to load thousands of tons of ammo deep underground in the mines and garrison soldiers in it's defensive network of tunnels. Now let me tell you something about Bakhmut and why is so special: whoever holds Bakhmut and possesses fire control on its detailed road network will get the ability to supply the rest of the Donbass. That's why Zelensky's forces have ignored US advice and thrown all their experienced and best forces into the meat grinder there (according to the Pentagon leaks). I bet you missed all that because the media was selling you dreams and thousands of dead Russians per day. Small voice in your head: "where are the bodies"? 🤡
