  1. Like i said, Duterte is smarter than the dummy in power in Manila today. He balanced relations with both the West and Beijing to the best of his ability. Trolls called him a slave of China but in my country a wise saying goes: "what an elder sees sitting down, a child can never see even if he climbs a tree to try".
