@wkwojti think it's so easy to move? Germany hasn't even successfully restarted manufacturing operations after switching from Russian to freedom gas, and it's been 2 years. And India is also Russia's ally. In addition: you will run into quality control issues in a third world country like India, which has a fraction of China's manufacturing capacity and so the best companies won't be able to meet the demand at least for a few years. Meanwhile China takes revenge by making millions of shells a week and transports them across a very short trading route, and probably sends soldiers to assist the Russians and to gain battlefield experience. If Russia didn't have the capacity to take on the entire Europe by themselves, they would surely have it with China's full support.
