@njaalsturlasson2351 please stop. Where is the proof of concessions making Putin bolder? NATO has been in constant expansion since 1999. Where are the concessions? Stop warmongering please. Peace is what the world needs!

@sir0herrbatka this is untrue. Ukraine was always an independent sovereign country from its formation until they started fraternising with NATO in 2010. Everything the professor says checks out.

@DianeMerriam Crimea voted to join Russia in a peaceful referendum. How about organising a referendum instead so the wishes of the local people can be respected? North Ossetia in Georgia just started initiating a legal process to join South Ossetia which wants to rejoin Russia. The pathway to peace is really easy to those of us who have no dog in this fight. There are human lives at stake and even the survival of our species if this conflict should go nuclear, and so many Americans and Europeans are still focused on crushing their perceived boogeyman.
