It's literally a coastal defense missile system, to protect against ships and landing craft, amphibious vehicles. The reason I was asking if you really want this war is because you're misinterpreting everything to the extreme. It's literally a missile defense system against naval ships, to be used from land as a deterrent against an invasion from the sea, and not a land attack strike weapon.
