  3. ​ @bgcvetan if you don't know anything about the Budapest memorandum, shut your mouth before making yourself look stupid repeating the lies of TV "experts" bought and paid for. The Budapest memorandum covered 3 post Soviet states: Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. But somehow, the latter 2 are still under Russian protection and Ukraine isn't! Do you even know why? Reply me with more rubbish and I'll educate you further.
