its very easy to understand and prevent what is happening in Ukraine in other countries. Simply: further expansion of NATO is a threat to Russia. The Croatian president doesn't see the point of continually expanding NATO, and neither do I.

@Jorge.A.12 and what did Georgia and Chechnya suffer? Georgia is still a free and sovereign country, it wasn't "taken over by Russia" as you folks like to speculate (even after they initiated the war of 2008 with their assault on the peacekeepers). Chechnya is actually autonomous within Russia, they're all in step with policies. You never hear of protests or disaffection between Chechnya and the Russian federation. You always bring up discredited arguments against Russia, only those who have no knowledge of history are deceived by your lies.

@WAB2138 yeah but two things: 1- Croatia is not yet in the EU and is being strung along like other Balkan countries. 2- I never mentioned EU, I said NATO. Are you too daft to know the difference?

is it also "democratic flexibility" when they block Hungary's funds and threaten Serbia over Kosovo, simply because they're pro Russia? Calling them "rogue states" and their presidents "dictators"? Croatia's President only just started showing his pro-Russia side- give it 3 years and he's gonna be removed. At least that's the time frame they gave Yanukovych before ousting him in a coup...
