@simonriley118 secession is something a citizen of a monolithic homogenous society would never possibly understand. But the former constituents of the balkanized Yugoslavia would understand, and they're supposed to be your "allies". Rest easy and don't overthink things you don't understand.

@simonriley118 5 months ago they had a big ceremony to mark their 10 year anniversary of Independence from Ukraine. Only Al Jazeera has it on YouTube. The rest of western media, not a single word LMAO I charge anyone reading this who is confused about this war and open minded enough to do their own research, look for that video and tell me tatars were not there 😂 Listen to both sides and the liar will become obvious

@simonriley118 Ukraine is a thoroughly divided country, with people from Eastern and Western parts showing their split in vote counts ever since their independence. Secession is a common consequence of civil wars, ask NATO members Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Kosovo. They all understand this.

The YouTube channel military schedule has a long and comprehensive list of Ukrainians from the Donbass that started the struggle for their freedom from Givi to Denys Pushilin (who's now a member of the state Duma), so to say Russians started it is hilarious. Patrick Lancaster's YouTube channel shows videos with the separatists and their way of life going back to 2015, when Denys Pushilin was still commanding his men in the field as a soldier. You're a funny joke.
