HIMARS is outdated technology. With the fine-tuning of Russian GPS jamming, they're little more than glorified Grads. Combined with the failure of Kyiv to gain membership of NATO at Vilnius and the sidelining of Clownesky, its just a matter of time before Ukraine capitulates to Russia.
