Tracchofyre so why is noone saying anything about French colonial lust in Africa till this present day? Why is it ok for the French to express their colonial lust for decades but the USSR isn't allowed? BTW this Ukraine was part of the same USSR that was lusting after territory, so have you even considered the fact they're trying to colonise people that have voted to leave Ukraine? Because I'm sure you can agree that Taiwan want independence and so deserve it. You need to apply the same measure to everyone and that's the only way peace can reign. Enough of hegemonic hypocrisy.

@zg2964 but speculation has been so wrong in this war. From the expected effects and efficacy of the proposed sanctions to the amount of ammunition Russia supposedly had in storage/manufacturing, to the equipment quality available to both sides- everything was just so... extremely different. That's what happens when you make speculations with only half the picture in your mind, as obviously you have limitations as a human being and if you don't acknowledge your biases your speculation might turn out very, very WRONG.
