  5.  @SergiuLungu  the Russians have tanked all the sanctions the combined west has to offer and still overwhelming Ukraine and their suppliers with missile and drone fire. Economically and militarily they've transcended sanctions. And they're comfortable with China! They really don't need your sanctions relief
