  1. Support the restructuring of Nigeria to reduce the powers of the president and allow state and local govts take control of their security. The north continues to oppose restructuring because of the unfair advantage it gives, but this is the end result of the abuse of that privilege: An unaccountable president defended from impeachment by his 'brothers' in the senate.
