The more than two argument will not work because the minorities will not agree to be recognised as Minorities (Ikwerre, Ijaw and Bini are some examples of proud and strong people that will 'bow' to noone). North-South is realistic and very workable. In the South alone there is a tribal identity crisis where some believe others are part of their ancient history and should be assimilated. Further separation along ethnicities after the initial split is possible, but the most crucial separation is ideological: between religious North and secular South.
