  2. @ clearly they werent ukrainian if not they would've been able to use them and the codes wouldnt be in Moscow. But they were useless to Ukraine so they had to let go. If NATO dissolves or Turkey quits, the nukes at Incirlik don't magically become Turkish. get this into your head.
