It's a proxy war, not a real war. Russian law was written at a time proxy wars weren't conceivable, hence he calls it an SMO.

@kjolen it's a limited war, definitely not all out. When the Russian laws were written no one ever saw Russia fighting this kind of limited war against a NATO proxy. Hence the wording "special military operation".

Is he complaining though? He's just proving that Russia is not defeated after running out of weapons 10 times over according to incompetent western intelligence.
