@networkgeekstuff9090 if you're talking about non frozen foreign currency reserves, what denominations are you talking about? All dollar, Euro and pound reserves are frozen. So, what reserves exactly are you talking about? In addition I find your point about inability to lend money untenable in this case considering the fact that the Russian economy is extremely self sufficient and all of their weapons are produced locally. In addition Russia sells it's oil and gas in Rubles and Yuan, and you have no proof to show that the money they receive from this is insufficient to run the factories and economy. Russia is not like your average country at war- they're a sanctioned country operating outside of the legacy finance system.
