@backupplan6058 Ukraine needs to unban negotiations first. Negotiations are not banned in Russia, but Ukraine.

@mostevil1082 the negotiation included absolutely no parts of Ukraine when the Minsk Agreement was made. But we know the EU had no intention of ensuring UA adhered to it. Later on, when the negotiation included only Donetsk, we know who visited Zelensky to pressure him to withdraw from those talks "we don't negotiate with dictators", LOL. So, Russia will not lose soldiers for nothing in Ukraine, lives will be paid for in territory.
