Russia is an industrial powerhouse on it's own especially in the aerospace, shipbuilding and nuclear sectors of manufacturing, and China is only superior in the variety and quantitative output of consumer goods and electronics. Also a colony is subject to the influences of the master, like Germany's energy and industrial policies being subject to the interference of the US sabotaging it's energy lifeline without any pushback from the German govt. Even when China deals with African countries, they do not interfere in African politics in any way. You Baltics folk are so blinded by your hate for Russia you've lost all capacity to think rationally.
