@Plyflex holodomor was in 1933, during a war. Ukraine continued to have good relations with Russia from the end of WW2 until 2014. Your making a very dumb rationalisation for Ukraine's "freedom" meanwhile they've been free since 1991

@Plyflex lmao are you kidding me? Is your memory short, like 15 years or something? Russia and Ukraine accomplished lots of great things together as members of the USSR defeating the USA in space technology fair and square- first to orbit, first to space walk, most efficient engine designs- a feat that has persisted till this day? The USSR was not just s military and technological superpower, they ran a system of government together that was very efficient. Unemployment rates in 1990 was 1-2%.
