@manhhanguyen9916 in ukraine's case, yes. Makes more sense to give up the land if the politicians couldn't be neutral and make it work like Austria, Switzerland or Kazakhstan.

Because they have relatives or friends that can order them exemption letters to be processed for a fee. It's a big business in Ukraine nowadays, exemption letters cost thousands of Euros

@manhhanguyen9916 why would they come back? They haven't even invaded Belarus or Kazakhstan, not even once. They didn't invade Sweden and Finland for 85 years and they weren't in NATO. So, after neutrality, why would you continue to respond to propaganda?

@terminatora1249 excuses excuses. Ukraine's corruption levels are the highest in Europe and everyone in Europe knows this. That's why so many countries are vetoing their acession bids and they cannot be admitted into the EU. I mean, its so public that everyone knows what happened to the funds for defenses in Kharkiv
