  2. ​​ @ZugZugMahogny because there has been zero proof (no debris, no radar feed, no visual footage). They also lost credibility on this issue when Klitschko showed the remains of a supposed Kinzhal they intercepted having dimensions completely different to the real one, like a poorly executed remake.

So you're telling me that the warhead can be so burned and charred without the charge going off- and if the charge went off, the casing would still be intact? 2. So you're telling me that a new weapon like the kinzhal has detailed specifications of its inner components available? Where is your source for a picture of the intact part?
