@ach2337 the casualty figures are incomparable. It's also worth noting that BEFORE Hamas' terror attack, Tel Aviv was in violation of multiple UN resolutions on the Golan, Gaza and West Bank. After all of that, using extreme force on the innocent is pretty condemnable if you ask me.

@dennischiu272 yes and the Soviet Union doesn't exist anymore. NATO is thus the new empire on the block. A quick look at the map of Europe showing the countries they occupy from 1999 to 2024 shows a clear intention to encircle and contain Russia in peacetime.

@dennischiu272 those countries never voluntarily joined NATO, they were all forced in by the fiat decisions of their political class. Of all the countries that joined NATO after 1999, only Slovenia had a referendum about it, involving the will of the people to make a sovereign national decision. The rest are victims of American "soft power" on their politicians.
