  7.  @danielm.4346  if those are the rules by which sanctions are applied, why did the US apply sanctions on Afghanistan and take half their foreign reserves? They didn't invade anybody. What about Syria? Did Assad invade anybody? What about Ghaddafi of Libya. Hmm? Yet all their civilians have future generations doomed because their countries are being drained by sanctions. How is any of that acceptable?
