  1. Your story doesn't apply here. Russia gave UA 8 years to implement a peace deal but they used the peace it offered to rebuild their military for an onslaught on the Donbass. That's barely breaking into a house, that's more like expecting your neighbor to sit still while you invite his mortal enemy to build a base in your house.
