@notyourdaddude1957 no, you didn't answer. You didn't state the threat Russia posed to Europe in 1999. And that's okay, everyone have their reasons for whatever good or evil they support, in this case, NATO's offensive political misadventure to upset the balance of power and peace in Europe.
