@nigelgarrett7970 leave out context as usual to farm your narrative. this was Feb 10, AFTER Putin reiterated Minsk at the Munich Security conference and Russian forces were already on their way to the border. The media were trying to make Lavrov confirm the suspicions of the US and he refused to comply.

It's a common thing. Ukraine's government officials have the temerity to steal funds required for soldiers welfare and defensive fortifications in the middle of a war when they're on the back foot. That takes a whole new level of corruption
