@nigelgarrett7970 China’s exports hit a record high in 2024, as exports rose 10.7 percent year-on-year, comfortably beating economists’ forecasts. Outbound shipments are likely to stay resilient in the near-term, supported by further gains in the global market share thanks to a weak real effective exchange rate, this is an old trick Japan also uses to keep its exports competitive. I guess it depends on what you want to see. As long as sovereign national debt is low, they're in a better place than most countries. No 1 in the world for GDP PPP is no joke.
