  1. @@C-lp6jb depends on what you call incompetence. If you mean Russia unable to steamroll over Ukraine, then sure, after all people's expectations might vary. But if you mean something basic, like defending their civilians for example, Russia is far more competent than Ukraine. And they're achieving their goals of causing heavy casualties to Ukraine that Ukraine's female civilian doctors are being conscripted right now.

  2. Russia will never fight the way you expect. 15 months of failed speculations by the analysts and experts on DW should have made this clear by now.

  3.  @AndrewJacobson-cq2om  Lithuania already tried this and were warned by the US to reopen the railway. Its an act of war that could isolate Lithuania from NATO protection.
