@juninhofreekick4912 well it was an igbo politician called Nnamdi Azikiwe that made it impossible for a secession clause to be inserted in the Constitution at independence; it was also an igbo general Aguiyi Ironsi that destroyed the civilian Constitution, replaced it with a military decree and handed the lopsided federation to the Fulani, giving them the blueprint with which Nigeria is now being mismanaged. I see you forgot to add those parts, since you've decided to speak this evil about another tribe suffering just like yours.

@anonymousnameless1835 what the biafrans have been trying to tell you all this while, is that they want the international community to organise a referendum so countries that want to secede in Nigeria and Cameroon can do so peacefully. They don't want to shed blood and are trying to appeal to humanity, as human rights are being abused through perverted colonial systems. They know that the other parts of the country won't let them go without a bloody fight, meaning the right to self determination is currently being denied. I believe that's what they're trying to tell you.

@juninhofreekick4912 anytime who asks? What are you talking about? These are mere blind accusations born of bigotry. Baseless, and full of lies. Abacha was a military dictator, unelected. He was brought to power by IBB. Buhari was also a military dictator, came to power via Northern bloody coup. It's crazy, the extent to which some igbo are so filled with hatred for the Yorubas. Thank God it's on the international stage now where everybody can see it.

@alexb5812 if your measure of progress in secession fight is 21st century violence, then yes, you guys are far ahead. There's no doubt about that. But before Sunday Igboho emerged, there was NADECO (peaceful), and there was OPC (violent). At different times they fought for Yoruba nation independence under Northern military leadership. It was the pressure they put on the international community that made the North hand over to Obasanjo (a retired military Yoruba) in 1999, as a way to kill the agitation and it worked: he fought his own people and even proscribed OPC as a terrorist organisation to save Nigeria's unity. Just because the passage of time has dulled the sacrifice of blood and tears we shed in the past doesn't erase any of it. During that time, where were the biafrans? Under Ralph Uwazuruike, they were just as we are now. But then, we fought alone and died alone. But maybe you should wait and see if this cycle of blaming will solve anything.

@juninhofreekick4912 you lied that "it is on record" that Yorubas brought Abacha and Buhari to power. Why would you place false blame on other tribe that has suffered the same discrimination- in response to their own outcry for freedom? You claim to support freedom but you're happily shooting down the outcry of other marginalized people with manufactured lies. The world is watching you expose yourself.

@alexb5812 "Yorubas haven't done anything yet" but there's currently an international dispute between Nigeria and neighbouring Benin Republic over the asylum of secessionist leader Sunday Igboho while his aides are being detained by DSS in violation of their bail. This is another way IPOB lies against the Yorubas while telling the world they're the real victims. If you had nothing good to say about other oppressed people, you should have kept quiet. But hatred will not let you.

@frankkingsley9721 now Nnamdi Kanu is languishing in prison because his fellow igbo man sold him out to the fulani FG. Ekweremadu and Uzodinma will make sure he will be there for a very long time, your people are your own problem but keep pointing fingers 🤡

@sonofnok2153 what are the lies here? Come on, try to engage me with facts. "Yoruba are the cause of everything" where are the facts in that? Always defaulting to emotional arguments after you've been intellectually defeated, that's the thing with you IPOB supporters. And for your info I support a referendum in Nigeria, let everyone choose where they want to go. Now what are you going to do about it instead of arguing on the internet about it? Go and face your senator.

@nnfefe9451 are you trying to revise history? Awolowo gave Biafrans who can not produce their passbook or any document proving they own a bank account with any bank in Nigeria after the Civil war, 20 pounds reparation money. That money was reparations, it was never yours. During the war, Awolowo saved the federal allocation belonging to Igbos and gave it to them after the war to aid their reconstruction and stabilize their states. Why did your historical revisionists leave out that part as well?
