@98Zai y'all never cared about the sufferings of people in Africa and the Middle East so why are you shopping for care points now?

@98Zai what I said goes for the majority of the virtue-signalling western aligned commenters on this channel. They mostly come from countries with influence in the UN that has consistently ignored human rights violation petitions from the Middle East, Asia and especially Africa for decades.

@contyout0607 is far more heartbreaking to note the 14000 Eastern Ukrainian casualties of the genocide in Donbass for the past 8 years, and the Madonna of Gorluvka who used her body as a shield for her babies but her body wasn't shrapnel proof so they died too.
6
@98Zai you better do. The double standard in virtue-signalling is sickening.
6
@98Zai speaking of far-right, what would you call the Azov Regiment, Bandera, Right Sector and UPA? Ukraine is a far-right paradise for all intents and purposes. The hypocrisy is lush, green and dense.

@kathymoorehead7827 even in America, the Right wing are treated exactly the way Russians are treated in this case. Once someone says something different from the government narrative, they will cancel and isolate such people. That's not democracy. It's just the semblance of it... America controls its people in subliminal ways that seem very much dictatorial.

Funny to see how many westerners come here hoping to see Russians hurt, angry, sad and deprived, and instead when they see the Russians carrying on with their lives peacefully, they just lose it LMAO
3
@istvanglock7445 remember this the next time you wanna talk about who should join in your sanctions against Russia at the next UN meeting, because we will be there thinking about our own people, and maybe you'll have to sanction all of us!
3
Russians will survive. Africa, the Middle East and Asia are with Russia.
3
@pdmpatt last time you checked was before the war. India and China are making more and more audacious trade deals with Russia as we speak.
3
Chinese electronics aren't bad at all. With China, Russia won't have to worry about this. They can source their components there.
2
@markmuller7962 lol you will soon realise how far backwards the effects of these sanctions will reach. Especially if you're living in Europe.
2
@eipiplusone3791 exactly.
2
@98Zai you can't tolerate alternative perspectives so you accuse me of spreading Russian propaganda while you consume censored, curated media your govt has prepared for you like a baby. How many educated Africans or Asians have you personally met?
2
@j.ruseva9900 thanks for sharing your opinion, it was everything I needed and more to understand you and where you're coming from. I hope there will be peace soon and everyone can go back to being happy or more than before. Take care now.

@porterbrass the invasion of Ukraine is what happens when negotiations fail. In 1962, negotiations succeeded and prevented USA from invading Cuba, when they were about to do something similar to what Ukraine was trying to do in 2022. Unfortunately American leaders today aren't as wise as their Soviet counterparts in 1962. Ukraine was the battlefield, Zelensky and his advisers decided it would be. The whole of the Middle East and Africa can easily tell what's going on. We aren't brainwashed like the West and I'm not deceived by your virtue-signalling.
2
Good riddance. Local alternatives like Crimea's CFC and Asian and African investments will flow in to fill that vacuum. Its obvious many people here are excited to see how badly the people are affected, but Russians will survive and emerge stronger.
2
are you aware the USA funded and trained and armed actual neo nazi groups in Ukraine?
2
fair enough. but when will Ethiopia, Nigeria, Togo and Saudi Arabia receive sanctions to remove their dictators? Or do your standards only hold when they're caucasian-majority countries?
1
@Travelingman-1980 Saudi Arabia has about the same proximity to NATO European borders as Iraq. Yet they aren't sanctioned after executing 81 dissidents. Oh, I understand why they can't get sanctions, "it's the petrodollar, stupid!"
1
@Travelingman-1980 you missed my point about Saudis proximity to Europe in comparison to Iraq, and Kuwait. The latter is not near Europe but NATO invaded Iraq for it. Saudi is in the same region, but they don't get sanctions and the reasons are obvious, not what you're saying.
1
@Afshar156 Russians produce all the electronics they use in their weapon systems, bro. Like I said, components, not chips. Anyway, these are early days. You might be right in the long run.
1
what is your opinion of the azov regiment, bandera, UPA/OUN? Do you think they're cool and okay folks? Just curious.
1
@j.ruseva9900 Euromaidan and the accompanying witch-hunt happened BEFORE the Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014. So I'm having a tough time believing Azov were a resistance group against an invasion that had not yet begun.
1
@j.ruseva9900 Russian police in Ukraine? First time I'm ever hearing about that despite all the stories and documentaries I've watched about the subject. Can you link me to some proof of Russian police used in the Euromaidan? Surely you've gotta have some proof.

sanctions that hurt innocent civilians are inhuman and barbaric. Shame on anyone justifying it in any form. what world has been shocked by the ukraine invasion? Illegal invasions happened several times in recent history- even far more brutal bombings in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Serbia... Have you found Saddam's WMDs yet? I think western people are very cruel people.
1
@porterbrass yes, sanctions are shameful and barbaric. When were American civilians ever sanctioned for the imperialist misadventures of their government in Iraq, Serbia, Syria and Afghanistan? 1 million women and children in Afghanistan alone and you dare open your mouth to talk
1
@porterbrass an increasingly globalist government does not define it's boundaries by the limits of its borders, but influence through military and trade alliances, and the one in this case, is NATO which has become an extension of the American state department. What threat did Russia pose to Eastern Europe between 1991 and 1998, to justify the first wave of NATO expansion? You tell me!
1
because its a lie and the real casualties are much lower, like 1-2k.
