@PluckMe latest polls? Polls are not referenda. They're of a much smaller sample size selection, almost always determined by political actors. A full referendum would've dispelled all doubt about this issue but they didn't want to give that opportunity.

Yeah, everyone wants a piece of me. But no one wants to acknowledge the fact that "democratic countries" take away the right to choose when they feel the need to uphold a narrative or push an agenda, that's why a wise saying goes: "the road to hell is paved with good intentions (like freedom and democracy)". Excuse me while I live in your heads rent free.

@ahhlucas Ukraine is only suffering because they're being used to "weaken Russia". NATO is using them and will dump them later. The fact there is no timeline for UA entry into NATO is the sign on the wall.

@APXA1 when people claim to speak for a group of countries, they're usually pröpagandists and narrative scriptwriters. Let's talk about Chechnya. Grozny looks beautiful. The people look happy. I don't see the problem.

@YouTubemessedupmyhandle politicians are easily corrupted when money changes hands behind the red curtains of bureaucracy. But the people who are supposed to have the power are left out. That's not really a democracy in practice, only in name. BTW did you know the US is not a democracy? It's a plutocracy. Learn the difference.

@VilkatisJanis good, speak for your country if you can. I guess we should ignore the existence of the minorities rights to vote and make decisions as well, just like Ukraine does to the Donbass. One day I will understand on what basis the West chooses to defend or demonize minorities and their right to basic and fundamental human rights. One day.

@ahhlucas the chances of that happening are really slim, given the state of the counteroffensive. Ukraine should be given specially considerations to join NATO immediately if NATO is not scared of Russia.

@markfoth1226 if there was no NATO interest in Ukraine, I'm pretty sure Putin would've responded to the Donbass genocide in a different manner. But everyone who's listened to Svoboda know what they really want. They won't stop there. There actually the reason Ukraine is suffering, because a saner political party could've handled their civil war situation better.

Except that NATO had expanded into a dozen countries since 1991 and Russians borders have remained the same. Come on. It's clear who's expanding. You guys are simply batschitt KRAZY.
