The radar mast wasn't even scanning, stuck in one spot. The Ukrainian military has always been known to be incompetent so its clear someone forgot to fuel the vehicle or something broke down and they squandered the repair funds on cigarettes 😂

@Small_Polish_Town how did you calcuate 17%? The 4 annexed regions make up 20% of Ukraine- and these were the only occupied areas. Give us the source of your made-up figures, starting with the 35%.
