Also, that the chips they use in precision guided weapons for instance, aren't, and don't need to be, the densest and smallest circuitry such as Taiwan produces. Russia can't go down to 6 nanometers yet, but 50 works just fine for now. For scale, Germany's most modern chip factory produces in 300nm.
