  2. This kind of independent thinking is the reason why the EU is holding back Hungary's funds. The EU and NATO are run like dictatorships- all dissent is punished and divergent opinions are not tolerated. They want to banish Turkey because Erdogan doesn't want to allow the terrorist havens Finland and Sweden in. Democratic dictatorships are the new Western ideal.
